Drying
principle
Air membrance separate principle is basic on the difference of gas elements of the air. The difference diffluent and diffuse coefficient composing the separated macromolecule fabric. It's separated driving power is coming from the gas differential pressure of the two sides of fabre macro-pipe. I. e. gas becoming differential pressure of lumen (fabric side) and outer side(infiltrating side). When compressed air going through the fibre micro-pipe, The bigger coefficient of diffluent permeate wainscot preferentially, however, other gas elements is obstructed, so as to gain the separated purpose. Separated coefficient, such as vapor, under the compressed air pressure permeating the fibre wainscot fastly and goes though the housing. Therefore, there's humid vapour on the fabre wainscot, its pressure is 1 atmospheric pressure. Then it use 10~15% to anti-blowing for letting vapour going to atmosphere. Other elements such as nitrogen, oxygen's permeated speed is relatively slower. Thus we get dried compressed air in the lumen to go though another end, export to user. The compressed drying is continuous going on like this.
